Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 23-hour notice. Our Policy: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE If you are more than 20 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all of your non-refundable deposit may be applied to future services.
