Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 23-hour notice. Our Policy: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE If you are more than 20 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all of your non-refundable deposit may be applied to future services. Note: Under the discretion of our Empyreal Staff, appointments may be subject to change or even cancellation. We will notify you immediately if any modifications occur.
